Flexible slabstock foam solutions

Flexible slabstock polyurethane foam is produced as a continuous or batch block and then cut, profiled or fabricated into finished components. Its open-cell structure allows it to compress, recover and manage comfort over repeated use. The material is widely used in mattresses, mattress toppers, sofa and chair cushioning, upholstered furniture, pillows, acoustic products and fabricated comfort components. Rebonded foam also gives suitable offcuts and recovered pieces a second use in dense blocks, underlay and selected cushioning applications.
